Tracy Blau Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If our item arrives damaged a claim can be filed with the shipping provider. Tracy Blau Creations is not responsible for misplaced packaging due to incorrect shipping information by the customer. Once we send your package off we are no longer responsible for your order.

Shop policy: Due to the custom nature of my business I will not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges or offer refunds or partial refunds. Once you place your order you cannot make any changes to it or request personalization or special request. All sales are final. Please make sure your that your shipping address is up to date and correct prior to placing your order.
